FEDERICO ALESSANDRO GALLI / HOUSTON ↔ MILANO

YOUR DAY. YOUR COVERAGE.Let’s make it clear.

Choosing wedding coverage should be straightforward. Start with what you want to keep: photographs, a film with the voices of your day, or both. My current Houston Photography, Cinema and Hybrid collections start with four consecutive hours with me, Federico, with six- and eight-hour options. This guide explains the differences; current prices stay together on the Houston wedding page.

Photography, Cinema or Hybrid?

Photography dedicates my coverage to still images, with edited photographs in colour and black and white. Eight hours typically produce approximately 300–400 images; the gallery scope for shorter coverage is agreed in your proposal. Cinema dedicates it to filmmaking: a highlight up to three minutes and documentary video of speeches within the booked hours.

Hybrid combines those photo and video deliverables with one experienced operator. I switch between dedicated cameras and coordinate the two types of coverage. It is not two independent operators: if you need simultaneous preparations in separate locations, we should discuss an additional operator.

02

What do four, six or eight consecutive hours cover?

A continuous block of time, planned around your priorities. Four hours can cover a ceremony, portraits and part of the celebration; six allow more preparations or reception time; eight provide broader coverage, depending on the timeline. Moving between locations and setting up equipment take part of that time. Preparations can often be covered sequentially; a ceremony and speeches fit only if they happen within the agreed schedule. We plan it together rather than promise every moment without seeing the timeline.

An introductory call and a pre-wedding planning call are included, along with Houston-area travel. Additional coverage for Photography, Cinema or Hybrid is subject to availability and agreement; the hourly rate is listed with the collections on the Houston wedding page. For weddings outside the Houston area, we discuss travel and any accommodation before booking.

03

Is the full ceremony film included?

For Cinema and Hybrid, the ceremony is recorded on the C70 within the planned coverage. Editing and delivery of the full ceremony are not included automatically: they are an extra to agree before booking. Recording the footage and delivering a finished full-length ceremony film are two different things.

Film photographs, reels and delivery

Real film photography, social-friendly reels and an additional operator are optional additions, not standard inclusions. For film we agree format and rolls; for social video we agree the aspect ratio, length and delivery. Tell me what you intend to print, watch or share so the proposal is specific.

We confirm turnaround, delivery method and any agreed extras in your proposal before booking. Do not use an archive film’s length or a photograph in the portfolio as a substitute for those details. Start by sending your date, venue and preferred coverage through the short form on the Houston wedding page; it comes straight to me and I reply personally to arrange an introductory call. An inquiry does not reserve your date.
